At Posthangr Online Services Private Limted, we strive to deliver robust, efficient, and customizable School ERP software solutions tailored to the specific needs of educational institutions. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Posthangr Online Services Private Limted for the purchase, subscription, setup, customization, or renewal of the School ERP software and associated services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
License fees
Subscription or renewal charges
Setup, onboarding, or installation fees
Customization or development fees
Training or consultation services
Support or maintenance packages
Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including user dissatisfaction, lack of usage, or change in institutional decision.
2. Custom Development & Services
All custom development, integrations, and implementation services are provided on a contractual or project basis and are non-refundable after initiation. Any advance paid for such services will be forfeited if the client discontinues the service mid-way.
3. Trial or Demo
We encourage institutions to thoroughly evaluate the demo version or request a guided trial of our software before making any payment. Our team is available for product walk-throughs, clarifications, and pre-sales consultations to ensure the software meets your institutional needs.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues, our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve them in accordance with your service level agreement (SLA). However, technical difficulties do not qualify for a refund.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
In case of unauthorized transactions due to misuse of payment instruments, the customer must report such incidents to the bank or payment provider. We are not liable for refunding such payments once credited to our account.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
Posthangr Online Services Private Limted reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our official website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
